Is tap water safe to drink?
Yes! Most cities have municipal tap water that is just as clean as any bottled water. Additionally, installing a filter on your home faucet is easy to do and inexpensive in relation to what to spent on bottled water. What is 304 stainless steel?
304 stainless steel is food grade quality stainless steel. Using 304 grade stainless steel is a safe, toxin free way to consume beverages.
Can I put hot liquids in my U-Turn 2 Tap™ water bottle?
No. U-Turn 2 Tap™ water bottles are single walled and therefore offer no protection against hot liquids. We recommend using the bottle for cold liquids only.
How do I clean my U-Turn 2 Tap bottle?
We recommend hand washing U-Turn 2 Tap™ bottles over using a dishwasher because it will preserve the lifetime of the artwork on the bottle.
Where are U-Turn 2 Tap™ products manufactured?
U-Turn 2 Tap's product line is manufactured in China so we can offer consumers a reasonable price. We did the research and to manufacture the same bottle on the US, it would cost more than $50 per bottle! To ensure that every U-Turn 2 Tap bottle is crafted with precision and exceptional quality, we work closely with our factory and have a third party quality control colleague in China.
But that's not all... We have all of our items 3rd party laboratory tested in the US to ensure that you are always getting what we promise you: a safe and sustainable (oh and stylish!) product.
Does U-Turn 2 Tap offer a warranty on their products?
We offer a one year replacement warranty on items with manufacturer defects.
